2. These terms

These terms apply when you buy from postercroc.com. Please read them before placing an order. They do not limit rights that consumer law gives you.

3. Who can place an order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Anyone under 18 must ask a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.

4. Our posters

Poster Croc sells artwork printed to order. Product photographs show the design and expected finish, but screens can display colour differently. Minor differences in colour, cropping and scale can occur between the preview and the finished print. We provide the available sizes, materials and other product details on each product page.

Mark Minehan creates Poster Croc artwork using design software and AI-assisted tools. Rights in the artwork, site design, photographs, branding and written content belong to Poster Croc or the relevant licensor to the extent protected by law.

5. Orders and contracts

Your order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement after checkout. A contract forms when we accept the order and begin fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, payment fails, fraud is suspected or delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount charged.

6. Prices, currency and taxes

The store currently displays and charges prices in pounds sterling. Prices shown at checkout include taxes that Poster Croc must collect. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

7. Payment

Available payment methods appear at checkout. A payment provider processes your payment and may apply its own terms and privacy notice. You confirm that you have authority to use the selected payment method.

8. Production and delivery

Printful produces and dispatches Poster Croc orders. Production and delivery estimates appear on product pages or at checkout. They are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver within any period required by applicable consumer law.

You must provide a complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, you may need to pay the cost of reshipping it. Contact us at once if you notice an address error. We cannot promise to change an order after fulfilment begins.

9. Cancellations and change of mind

Each poster is produced for an order. Poster Croc does not offer an additional voluntary returns or exchange programme for choosing the wrong size, supplying the wrong address or changing your mind. This policy does not affect cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you by law.

If the law gives you a right to cancel, email info@postercroc.com within the applicable period. We will explain the next step and any return arrangements required by law.

10. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly if your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or materially different from your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the poster, packaging and shipping label. Do not send the poster anywhere unless we ask you to.

For a verified problem, we will provide the remedy required by law. This may be a replacement, refund, repair or price reduction. We will normally ask you to recycle or dispose of a damaged poster rather than return it.

11. Intellectual property

Buying a poster gives you ownership of that physical copy. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, resell or commercially exploit the artwork. You may resell the original physical poster where the law permits.

12. Our responsibility

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

13. Events outside our control

Events outside our reasonable control can delay production or delivery. We will contact you when a material delay affects your order and will provide any cancellation right required by law.

15. Law and disputes

The law of England and Wales governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where you live. Courts with authority under applicable consumer law may hear a dispute.
